Is this a loan?

No. Atlas Funding purchases an interest in your case. So, if your case is not successful, you owe us nothing.

How long does it take to get approved?

You could be approved the same day you apply. Our underwriters will review  your application and case information as soon as we get it. Once approved, we have several options to get you the money you need fast.

Do I need good credit to be approved?

No. In fact, Atlas Funding does not review your credit at all. Our underwriters review your legal claim and base their decision on the facts of your legal case.

Will Atlas Funding be involved in my case?

No. Atlas Funding only provides funding.  We are not involved in handling your legal claim in any way. Nothing about our relationship with you should be considered an attorney-client relationship and we will not provide any legal guidance.
